Fluency is the prize that most of our learners seek. They long to be able to speak naturally and smoothly when they express their thoughts and needs…

… But they also need to be able to listen to fluent speech and understand others without constantly asking for repetition. Unfortunately, fluent speech isn’t always as easy to decipher as the written word is.”

We are pleased to invite you to a webinar with Jo Stirling, delivered via Cambridge English Teacher – the professional development platform from Cambridge English Language Assessment and Cambridge University Press.

The webinar will take place on the 14th of February 2013, at 3pm (GMT) and will explore what makes connected speech so challenging and how we can help our learners to understand it. Jo will also look at plenty of activities you can use with learners of all levels, including some from Cambridge English’s brand new face2face 2nd Edition.

Details of the online event are included below.  To register, simply go to the Events page on Cambridge English Teacher and click on the relevant link.
