Cambridge English part of Mexican school curriculum

Rafael Sánchez Majdich from Cambridge English and the Governor of Aguascalientes, Carlos Lozano de la Torre presented Cambridge English certificates to over 500 students who took Key, Preliminary and Young Learners as part of their school curriculum. Aguascalientes is the first state to introduce Cambridge English certificates in state schools. The event attracted a lot of media attention and you can see a clip of Rafael here (in Spanish).
